Issues with Zuma

The ads run while the game is still playing in the background. The volume stays on even though the iPad is on mute. Sometimes, the links go all the way back and freeze- never coming back out to continue playing. I have won level 8-3 three times but it keeps going back to the first round on level 8. I dont see any way for more than one player; and, there is no way to contact App support. Unless these issues are fixed pronto, Im going to delete the game. I hate it when addictive fun games become addictive frustrating games.
